Payment Processing and Reassessment

In rare cases it could happen that upon placing an order, the funds are held for a limited time (1-5 days).

Warranties & Responsibility for Services and Products

If a valid warranty claim is submitted, a third-party business may replace the product. The Fix-it Fakes does not offer refunds unless a third-party business does. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back if requested.

At The Fix-it Fakes, we are committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability. As a result, our return policy is not a typical policy, so we encourage you to carefully review the details before making a purchase.

Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it.

Custom-Made Products

All products sold by The Fix-it Fakes are custom-made to order through a third-party printing and shipping service. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the merchandise arrives damaged or defective.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps to process your return:

Submit your original receipt and a photo of the damaged/ defective product within 30 days of receiving it to hello@fixitfakes.com with the subject line “Damaged Product”. We’ll do our best to reply within 2-4 business days. Please note that products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

Refunds will be processed once the damaged item is verified. We reserve the right to assess and verify the nature of the damage. You may be asked to send the product back.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Fix-it Fakes or its creator harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of the Website or the products/services sold here.
